Bluebird Class
Kindergarten
Let them be little. Let them be curious. Let them find their voice.
The first years of school shape how a child feels about learning for life. We believe little children should be moving, talking, building, singing, and discovering, not filling in worksheets. Bluebird gives them an extraordinary education, and still an extraordinary childhood.
Our Montessori Foundation
Bluebird has a strong traditional Montessori foundation. Children learn hands-on with beautiful materials for math, language, reading, writing, and Practical Life, moving from concrete experience to abstract understanding, each child at their own pace, without comparison.
The Playhouse Method: Learning Through Theater
Theater isn’t a once-a-term performance here, it’s how we teach. The Bluebirds have their own stage and take part in three plays a year. For example:
Five Little Ducks becomes early subtraction, as five children become four, then three.
The Three Little Pigs becomes science & engineering — build, predict, and test which structure is strongest.
Goldilocks becomes size and measurement, plus a Grace & Courtesy talk about boundaries.
We don’t just tell children about the world, we invite them to step inside it.
